6/10 Church Office Closed due to construction. The office staff will answer phones, email & be onsight in the lobby/room 201 @ the top of the main double doors w/the ramp. 6/14, 9am SINGLE SERVICE SUNDAY & 10:30am ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING (all welcome to attend, members vote). Children's ministry will have classes during the service & meeting. No adult & youth classes.
Annual Business Meeting
The Annual Business Meeting normally takes place in the month of June. This meeting is lead by church leadership providing and update on the church's financials status, budget, building projects and ministry updates. The members ask necessary questions enabling them to vote on the new budget, Elder candidates, and changes to the Bylaws.
ANNUAL MEETING
Encompass Church will hold our Annual Meeting on June 14th at 10:30a.m. in the auditorium. Everyone is welcome to attend but you must be an Encompass member to vote. At the meeting you’ll get to hear reports about what happened this past year, as well as plans for the year to come. The 2026-27 budget, Elder candidates and Bylaw changes will be voted on. You can find the Annual Meeting Agenda on Sunday outside the auditorium, or it can be downloaded HERE.
Childcare for children up to 5th grade will be available.
