YOUR FIRST VISIT

From babies to fifth graders, our team wants to give your family an excellent experience. When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the children's area. You'll go to the first-time check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well. On our check-in form we'll ask things like what allergies your child may have, how many children are in your family, and get your contact information. Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, you will receive a text message. Your sticker is also what you'll use to pick up your child after the service.

PARTNERING WITH PARENTS

We believe the very best way we can help your kids develop a strong spiritual foundation is by partnering with you. Together, we can help encourage, train, and pray for them as they grow in their faith.

Here are some practical ways you can help us make the most of your child's time spent at church:

  • After the service, review the lesson your children learned that day.
  • Build relationships with other Encompass parents by visiting a Group for parents.
  • Pray for your children each week as they come to the Sunday service, and pray for our teams as they serve and care for your kids.

Email our Children's Ministry Director at michelle@encompass.church if you have any questions.

PARTNERING WITH AMERICAN HERITAGE GIRLS and TRAIL LIFE FOR THE GUYS

AHGTraillifeAmerican Heritage Girls (AHG) was founded by a group of parents wanting a faith-based, scout-type character development program for their daughters in 1995. The AHG Program is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country. AHG girls across the nation and the globe participate in badge programs, service projects, leadership opportunities, and outdoor experiences, all with an emphasis on Christian values and family involvement.

Today there are Troops in every state and in 15 countries around the world through the Trailblazer Program. A variety of Christian denominations are also represented as Charter Organizations for Troops. There are thousands of volunteer members across the country helping girls (age 5–18) to grow in their faith, cultivate a heart for service, enjoy the great outdoors, and have more fun than they can imagine!

American Heritage Girls meets on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. at the church in the dining room. For more information and to register email: ahgco3119@gmail.com

We are privileged to partner with an organization called Fathers In The Field, whose mission is to rekindle and establish the spirit of boys who have been abandoned by their fathers; mentoring them one-on-one in life skills through outdoor activities, and by sharing a Christian understanding of our Heavenly Father's love and sacrifice for His children.
