Our Teams are groups of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the Greeters Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on the Kids Team, to inspiring our guests through music on the Worship Team, to helping our guests find a seat on the Ushers Team—we are a church that advances the kingdom of God.
AREAS OF SERVICE
GREETERS TEAM: Our team creates a hospitable and friendly environment for guests as they enter our parking lot, lobby and hallways.
USHERS TEAM: Our team assists guests to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
COFFEE TEAM: Our team prepares fresh, delicious coffee for our guests who attend our Sunday services.
WORSHIP TEAM: Our team inspires guests to worship God through music, audio and video technology.
E-KIDS TEAM: Our team helps kids discover Jesus Christ in a safe and fun environment.
AWANA TEAM: Our team coordinates and leads the Awana program: a world-wide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for Preschool through Grade 5.
AMERICAN HERITAGE GIRLS TEAM: Our team helps girls to grow in their faith, cultivate a heart for service, enjoy the great outdoors, and have more fun than they can imagine!
FATHERS IN THE FIELD TEAM: This team serves alongside an organization called Fathers In The Field, whose mission is to rekindle and establish the spirit of boys who have been abandoned by their fathers; mentoring them one-on-one in life skills through outdoor activities, and by sharing a Christian understanding of our Heavenly Father's love and sacrifice for His children. FIRST AID TEAM: Our team serves as first responders for our guests in the event of any injury or medical emergency.
SECURITY TEAM: Our team secures the guests and property of Encompass Church by understanding and mitigating security risk.
GUEST RECEPTION TEAM: Our team provides a comfortable and enjoyable space for guests to learn about Encompass Church every Sunday after our service.
FINANCE TEAM: Our team is responsible for counting, receipting and maintaining good contribution records of all donations that come into the church.
STUDENTS TEAM: Our team helps middle school and high school students get connected to our Encompass Students ministry through our weekly gathering, groups, retreats, and other special events.
DEACONS TEAM: This team helps meet the practical needs of our church both here on our property and beyond through building maintenance and improvements.
MISSIONS TEAM: This team prays for and supports specific international missionaries and their families as they serve near and far.
WOMENS TEAM: Our VISION is to help women understand how valued they are by God through the Word, and to encourage women to come to a saving relationship with Jesus. So that, we can face life's challenges together with courage and strength.
DENVER RESCUE MISSION TEAM: This team serves alongside an organization called the Denver Rescue Mission, whose mission is to change lives in the name of Christ by meeting people at their physical and spiritual points of need with the goal of returning them to society as productive, self-sufficient citizens.
PROJECT C.U.R.E. TEAM: This team serves alongside an organization called Project C.U.R.E., whose mission is to address the staggering shortage of medical resources around the world.
